Winter break: this voyage cannot be booked during the stormy season from 1st October until 1st April.

Now we can offer again a regular trip to Iceland with a german containervessel from Rotterdam.
The vessel will call the small port Grundarangi in
the western part of Iceland and also the main port Rejkjavik.

The construction of the vessel can be described as spacious. A sauna, some guest lounges und five nice cabins will make the journey with this modern container vessel a unique experience.

The voyage can be booked as round voyage only, one-ways are not possible. Information concerning embarkation you will get with the booking documents.

Embarkation in Rotterdam: Embarkation including a visit to the immigration office as an all-round carefree package! In Rotterdam you will be picked up by a professional taxi/crew service and taken directly to the ship, with all formalities being taken care of beforehand. The service is subject to a charge (approx. 60 € to 150 €) depending on the port area. If necessary, a car can be parked on the ground of taxi service.

The vessel will berth mostly near to the city

Departures: approx. every 14 days.

The currency on board is US dollars, which is required for purchases on board (canteen).

Medical certificate: Passengers from the age of 75 years need a medical certificate in order to book this voyage (in addition to the usual medical certificate before departure for all passenger over 65 years).

Deviation insurance from 75 years: 219,-€
Visa: ETA for Great Britain necessary, also if you don't want to go ashore.
